As the units receive their final touches, construction of Samui Town Center's sophisticated public areas are nearing completion.  Final touches are expected to be complete in November 2006. 

According to an unofficial report given by a Function Homes sales representative, a Grand Opening Celebration may take place in late December and plans are being discussed for the traditional Buddhist ceremony to give respect to the ancestral spirits and to bless the new building, its owners and occupants as the last tree is planted on the premises.
