What will be behind Samui Town Center?

The surrounding community, as well as Samui Town Center buyers and renters have all wondered, "What will be built in Phase 2?"
When construction began on project "Phase 1" (what is now Samui Town Center) the developers, Function Homes Co. Ltd., were unsure of the plans for Phase 2. There was talk of a water park or similar tourist attraction, but it was stated clearly that no decision had been made and that it would likely not be decided until Phase 1 was entirely complete and the units had been sold.
A year has passed since the first pilons were driven into the ground marking the foundation of what would become Samui Town Center, and the current project Phase 1 is nearing completion. With all but 4 units sold and only the public areas to complete it seems likely the entire project will complete by the end of 2006.
Given the timing, if the company plans to start Phase 2 shortly after Phase 1's completion, it is likely plans have already been made for Phase 2 and that marketing materials will soon be released. However, that has yet to come and the Function Homes sales office when asked has little to report on the topic officially.
One option the company is considering is to build several rows of shophouse units, or "Home Offices" as they are commonly refered. According to the sales office these would be attractive units of a quality and design similar to that of Samui Town Center and one out of every eight units would also have a pool.
