As the units receive their final touches, construction of Samui Town Center's sophisticated public areas is finally well underway.  Looking at the Town Center one can see that much of the concrete for the parking lot and the stairways leading to the units has already been laid.  Construction of the driveways is partially complete and conduit has been laid for the forthcoming underground electrical wiring.  When complete, Samui Town Center will be Koh Samui's first commercial real estate development to feature underground electrical wiring.

According to an unofficial report given by a Function Homes sales representative, the construction of the public areas could possibly complete as early as November 2006.
